Stakeholder Survey on Coastal Issues

A Stakeholder Survey on Coastal Issues, which was hosted on Survey Monkey, ran from August 25 through September 30, 2008.  Here is the information which accompanied the survey during distribution:

"We are inviting you to participate in a survey and tell us which issues are most important to you.  The South Atlantic Regional Research Project is a joint effort by the Sea Grant programs in the four South Atlantic states (FL, GA, NC and SC).  We are working with many regional partners and diverse coastal interests. This project is in concert with similar projects in other Sea Grant Regions across the US.
The information you provide will be used in the development of a Research Action Plan for the South Atlantic region that will focus research on the most pressing issues and most promising opportunities along our coast.
We would greatly appreciate your help in identifying which research issues you consider most important. Please respond to our brief survey (10-15 minutes) by September 30, 2008.
On behalf of our coastal resources and broad community, we are very grateful for your time and consideration. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Christine Laporte, SARRP Project Coordinator or David Bryant,"
