State of Knowledge Report: Satilla River Estuary

Project Overview:
The purpose of this project was to describe the current state of knowledge of
the Satilla River estuarine system. This mesotidal estuary is in a relatively
pristine state compared to most estuarine in the Southeastern United States
and is a useful reference point against which the effects of development in
other coastal areas within the region can be assessed.
